How do I know the weight of my goods?
The weight of the goods that you are purchasing will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
How much will I pay for freight?
The freight charge will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The freight is calculated based on the weight, destination and address type of your order.
Can I know how much the freight charge without checkout?
You can get information how much is the freight charge for your order by entering your postcode detail before you checkout and choose to recalculate the order.
This functionality doesn't require you to enter any of your details and doesn't process your order.
How long until my order is delivered?
Deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metropolitan addresses will be delivered within 3 working days from goods being dispatched. Deliveries to all other locations in Australia will be made within a maximum of 10 working days.
The estimation above only applies if all of the items in your order are in stock and ready to be dispatched.
Why is it important to indicate Residential or Business Address?
Different couriers are used for residential and business addresses. Residential deliveries require a specific service to ensure they are delivered promptly and it is important that you indicate the correct address type in your shipping information.
Important note!
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers who MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature and will return the goods back to our warehouse in the event that nobody is available to sign for the goods.
If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent care of your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver to your home (deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode).
